Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances held within them may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your a45ph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. a45ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify a45ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
a45ph is required to verify the identity of all account holders in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and platform policy. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.
a45ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your a45ph wallet within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one banking day to reflect. a45ph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are available to fully verified account holders only. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within five minutes. Bank transfers are processed within one banking day. a45ph reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
All transactions on a45ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and any conversion fees are the responsibility of the depositing player.
a45ph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus winnings.

a45ph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
